Indoor Garden Superstore, LLC privacy policy regarding Indoor Garden Superstore, LLC will be known throughout this document as IGS.

IGS may collect personally identifiable information such as name, postal address, telephone number and e-mail address. This personal information is collected and used by IGS staff for the purpose of facilitating a relationship or business transaction.

Mailing Lists
Postal mailing list’s, comprised of full name and postal address, will not be sold to other organizations (e.g. professional societies and/or commercial publishers) for any promotional or informational use.

The IGS may occasionally send informational or promotional materials to members and customers. You may choose to exclude yourself from all, none, or only non-IGS mailings by contacting the Member and Customer Services Department (see IGS Contact Information).

Third-party Agents
The IGS uses third-party agents for several business purposes, including credit card validation, hotel registration, and shipping. These agents are permitted to use your personal information only to provide the IGS with a specific service and not for any other purpose. Please contact the IGS Member and Customer Service Department (see IGS Contact Information) if you believe this policy has been violated.

The IGS makes every effort to preserve your privacy, but we may need to disclose personal information when required by law.

Non-personal Information
Non-personal information is collected behind the scenes by the IGS web server and is used to compile general website usage statistics or facilitate access to restricted website services. Such information includes:

  • IP address of computer
  • Browser-related information
  • Locations visited on the website

IP address is used to verify access rights of licensed subscribers to IGS products that require license agreements, such as IGS Customer Login pages. They also aid in the general administration of the website.

HTTP Cookies
A HTTP Cookie is a piece of data that is stored by your browser in either your computer’s memory or on your computer’s hard drive. We do not collect any data other than what you enter into our submit form on our contact page.

Public Forums
There are no public or private forums on the IGS website.

The only domain covered by the IGS privacy policy is The IGS website may contain links to other sites, however, and IGS is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those external sites.
